Two words: excellent communication. Vasyl and his team replaced my flooring which was damaged by escape of water. They were the only company out of at least 5 others I contacted who were serious about the job and went the extra mile to find the perfect match for the wood flooring. They updated me every step of the way, no jargon, provided a detailed breakdown of materials, cost, and labour prices (even providing links to the items on their own initiative). The team did an extremely thorough job at a competitive price, keeping to the time schedule. No mess left after as they cleaned up very well. Had to claim insurance which was no issue at all as the invoicing and explanations are extremely thorough. I was so satisfied with the work, I recommended them to my friends and family, who had only positive things to say about the work done. Very grateful I've finally found a reliable local builder and do-it-all company after being messed around by various builders and repair companies for the past 2 years.

We had Vasyl's team Mirek and son come and repair our parquet flooring which got damaged by a burst water main. The overall result is excellent and we are extremely happy with the finish. We had been told by numerous "floor specialist companies" this was an extremely hard task to do, but it was done by LBT very well and with ease! The team were very polite, they also cleaned up after themselves and the quote was detailed and accurate. I would highly recommend and use again. Service: Flooring

Vasyl and his team did a fantastic job on the renovation of my property in Islington. The works were extensive and involved remodelling of the downstairs floor, together with full strip out and refurbishment of the property. Communications were extensive and timely throughout and payment was always fairly and transparently addressed. One of the really excellent aspects was the fact that, at tender stage, Vasyl always provided a detailed, hyperlinked spreadsheet providing itemised costings of both labour and materials. This was fantastic and much appreciated since it meant we had visibility from the outset of what was going to be carried out, and meant that it was possible to agree variations on a proactive basis rather than encountering difficulties later on. I can happily recommend London Builders Town and will be using them again shortly on our next refurbishment.
