Terrible customer service! I have been trying to find my parcel for over a month now, got it sent to the Post Office on Borough High St as my local Royal Mail depot 'lost' it. I went to receive it my parcel at Borough High St, to have the man at the cashier refused to help - saying "I'm not going to get up Fri my seat" to find my parcel. He was absolutely rude for no reason, and should not work in customer service. This ruined my day and I hope this man gets removed from talking to future customers. He was on cashier 9 at 1:15 on 26/04/2023. Please have more helpful and kind cashers. A little kindness goes a long way.

Arrived at this post office at 4:50 and it was closed, although the closing time is 5:30! I went out of my way to get there so I'm very annoyed.

Not enough staff - huge queue of people waiting to be served. Also the member of staff at till 9 was just sitting there, not serving any customers and didn't seem to be doing anything else particularly. Of 9 counters, only 4 were staffed and serving customers. Please arrange for more staff to be on shift, especially at peak times like lunchtime.

Posted Christmas cards before the cut off date on their wall.. none arrived.. not sure what they did with them - but what's the point of having guaranteed delivery when you know about strikes and still can't do it

Beyond ridiculous!! Sent Christmas cards, paid for priority and 8 DAYS later they came back to me!! 4 days before Christmas!! What is priority for????? What kind of people are working there???? I double checked if addresses are written in the right way as well, additionally wrote TO and FROM, and even that didn’t serve.. Came back again, thanks to Gary, he was helpful and kind, helped me to send the envelopes in the way so even a 5year old would understand the delivery address….
