Went in for a deep tissue massage. I told Djamila I was having some minor issues with my spinal erectors and my neck due to my commute and work. I also gym regularly so I expect I built up some knots over the years. Djamila got to work straight away and started ironing out the areas I'd specified. Some parts were painful, but I expected that, given muscle work sometimes has to be. She got in behind my scapula and evened out some issues there too. After my back, she moved to be neck, which was very relaxing. At the end, I had the feeling of muscle soreness afterward, but relaxed at the same time. Would highly recommend. She was professional, strong, she targeted what I'd asked, and was a friendly person. Highly recommend, will try to go back with some frequency.

I have weekly deep tissue massages to relieve strain from a desk job, and she's able to get in there and help relieve regular tension.
