A lovely hotel. Went there to meet a friend. We didn’t stay overnight but had something to eat and drink in the bar. Food was delicious and staff friendly, polite and professional. Will be retuning for a visit and stay soon.

I did not stay as a guest at the hotel. I've only ever been here for either afternoon tea ( afternoon tea pics are from October 2019) or then for some drinks with friends. Drink pictures from may 2023. They have decent few mocktails for option for the non alky and lots of house specials for cocktails. Clean venue, good service, decent bathroom, prime location and always chilled and not too busy. Perfect for a girly catch up.

(Translated by Google) Hotel perfectly located if you come from Gatwick airport (35 minutes by direct train 11.80 pounds per person) and metro station 2 minutes walk. Well appointed room (bath, iron, coffee and tea available), beautiful view over the London rooftops. Typical English and hearty breakfast (the porridge is just delicious). The entire staff is welcoming and attentive, I recommend 100%. I would stay there again! (Original) Hôtel parfaitement placé si vous venez de l’aéroport Gatwick ( 35 minutes en train direct 11,80 Livre par personne ) et station métro à 2 minutes à pied. Chambre bien agencé ( baignoire, fer à repasser, café et thé à disposition), belle vue sur les toits londoniens. Petit déjeuner typiquement anglais et copieux ( le porridge est juste délicieux ). L’ensemble du personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute je recommande à 100%. J’y reviendrais!
