Poor outpatient registration process (why do you need to queue to have a form printed when you've already fully registered online?). But otherwise good overall. The consultant I saw was excellent.

Due to my financial situation I have been unable to buy food for some days and started to feel extremely ill and panicking. The staff were really helpful and I felt so embarrassed but was treated in accident and emergency. Any fault in this issue is entirely related to government errors.

I had an overnight stay and the staff were lovely- very helpful. I did have to remind about things and ask more than once, but their kindness and willingness to make your stay as comfortable as possible made up for it. The food (once I was allowed it!) was very good - restaurant quality, and nice touches like the bathroom toiletries and porter who shows you your room.

Dreadful service - I went to see my consultant, who then asked me to go for some blood tests - when I arrived in the blood test area it looked like a scene from ER, people sat on the floor, others stood up, absolutely crammed. I was told it was a 1.5 hour wait to have blood tests done as "we are talking walk ins" - not sure what that means, but it sounds like they are letting anyone come in without appointments or referrals. What I am sure is that 1.5 hours to wait for blood tests is completely unacceptable when you are paying privately - this used to be 10 / 15 mins max. Should probably expect this though after receiving a pre-visit check-in email asking me to check-in online but that contained loads of errors (I thought it was a scam email, but it appears they really can't even write a proper email) - check-in in person at the hospital was however its usual unprofessional incompetent process, so at least some things haven't changed. In short, I have been coming here for nearly 15 years, but I've never seen it as unacceptably shambolic as it is now. I'd avoid London Bridge Hospital if you can.

A clean, efficient and well run hospital. Happy staff, good food and amazing views of London. I'm not a fan of hospitals but my time here was the best it could have been. A few minutes walk from London Bridge station (opposite side of Guys hospital exit)
