I had a boiler problem Their man turns up and fits a pressure/temperature valve and leaves after 10 minutes He didn’t show anyone or talk to anyone, the tenant arrived 5 mins after he left (15 mins after he called him to say he was there and the tenant told him he was on his way and would be 10-15 mins) There wasn’t any hot water The man could’ve sorted that there and then even if he had to go out and get a heating coil or whatever I emailed and messaged the boss directly and he refused to respond unless I paid him for the valve installation parts and Labour I explained that the boiler wasn’t fixed and I would happily pay for the work once the boiler was fixed He refused to reply to me, sent his man round to remove the valve and left the boiler with a screw instead which is illegal Has since refused to respond to a single message or email I have several properties, have never had such a dreadful experience in all my years of dealing with boiler companies I have found a new reputable company that came round, supplied me a quote and replaced the boiler Easy - do not use this company Service: Water heater repair

Professional office staff and a good swift repair to my old boiler, not happy that the plumber tried to convince me and my wife that he made gin for Harrods and Fortnum Masons in his spare time. He needs to drink less gin, he was very nice.

The engineer who changed my boiler was fine but the lady in charge of the booking and payment was unprofessional. She even managed to use my bank details without my permission! I paid 50% upfront on the phone, she kept my bank details and used them to get the remaining 50%. I wasn't even late or anything. She had no reason to do that and it's illegal to keep someone's card details without their permission. Don't go there, their expensive and obviously not worth it!
