A bit of initial chaos but great and responsive customer service. The nurse was very friendly and considerate too and they masked up with an FFP3 I provided when I asked them to do so. They saved me a whole lot of trouble by offering a blood test I'd normally have to drag myself to A&E for. I'll be a returning customer, being able to have a blood test to confirm a few things without having to leave the house when you have a chronic illness makes such a big difference. And not many services are safe for clinically vulnerable patients these days but these guys didn't make a fuss when I asked for precautions.
