    I am tenant renting in an apartment block which London Block Management manage. I needed their help to resolve an ongoing financial dispute with my water provider. I got in touch with the team at LBM and spoke to Ben, who was extremely helpful. He provided me with all the information I asked for and then proactively spoke with the water company to resolve the issue on my behalf. Ben was instrumental in resolving this for me and I am very grateful for LBM's excellent customer service.

    LBM has a awful service with its clients. We are pointing them out several issues and no action has been made so far. They completely ignore clients emails and giving the worst service ever. I do not recommend it. You can definitely find a better service and high quality somewhere else.

    This place is a joke!! They increased the management fees to 38% and provide no service. They choose what they want to reply to and ignore anything that they don’t want to do. They lie and say nothing is their responsibility and when you question them further they try to back track. I have seen them call other clients RUDE names and they told their staff NOT to reply to their emails which just shows how badly they behave and what they really think of the leaseholders. shocking!

    This management company is absolutely pathetic! They are literally treating their clients like peasants! The LIFT AT Altayyar House SW1P4EL HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR 2 MONTHS and PARCELS GET STOLEN FROM THE RECEPTION! The management team never replies to queries and leaves us waiting for replies. Zero communication from their side, zero efforts. I WOULD REQUEST ANYONE TO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS MANAGEMENT. It’s gotten to a point where the building managers refuse to take calls from residents of altayyar house.
