Booked an airport transfer online was told it would be confirmed within 2 hours, which is fine. What isn't fine was the sarcastic, unprofessional response from the booker by the name of Gary - "Sorry we need more than 3 minutes notice for pickups from Heathrow." Well, Gary, it's more than 24 hours notice, but this is the attitude I've come to expect from black cab drivers. It wreaks of entitlement and of people who've had it too good for too long. Long live Uber.

I booked this service for my wedding car. Gary was amazing. So friendly, helpful and very punctual. It really made our day that but extra special with the white ribbons and the very hand white umbrella the weather took a hit if a turn. I would definitely recommend a black cab for a wedding. The extra space is really handy if you have a fuller dress. A brilliant service all round.

Don't even bother with this service. Advertises to have a full service and lets you book, sending a confirmation email. But then sends you a curt cancellation email to your junk folder saying he's all booked. You try to use a non-uber company but get a low level of service.

My wife and I needed a cab to LHR at 3am. I googled it and found these guys. I ordered in advance, pay later and crossed my fingers. Within 5 min, I got a confirmation email, within 10, I got a text message with an address confirmation (there are two 8 Northumberland Ave in the greater London area). With reliefs, I confirmed. The texter gave me a thumbs up and let me know that Toby would pick me up at 3am at our hotel. Toby showed up EXACTLY on time and helped us into the cab. He was polite, helpful and offered intelligent conversation about current events. His driving was excellent and he got us to the airport in record time.
