Wonderful 2am snack. An interesting yet incredibly novel way of working, the chef joined me in the eating of my kebab by eating the meat from the grill, hand to mouth mid service! That’s has to speak volumes for the quality of this product. He even gave me the small cube of dark meat he had been saving for himself. A true gent. Thank you
