Beautiful basin, but if you are in America, be aware they will not support you. We are in a small city, and our plumbing company could not figure the drain assembly out. (American dimensions are different from Europe), I imagine if we had been in a large city the plumbing supply could have figured it out, but ours couldn't. After emailing my London Basin salesperson, calling the number on the site, emailing the company, and even calling a showroom, all with no response--nada, we finally went to the Augusta, Georgia showroom for the third time over this, where my husband suddenly noticed they actually had the drain we needed on display. We pointed it out to them. And, yes, Ferguson is partially to blame for this, they did not understand the product; we had to find the solution (in their own showroom) for them, but London Basin offer zilch after we bought their product. And did not respond to a single phone or email message. So Americans, beware.
