Wonderful service from the team! We bought a range of appliances for our kitchen and we’re thrilled (they beat the prices of other retailers too)! These guys are so reliable, there was a slight delay on our hob- through no fault of their own, but they made sure to update us constantly and even came through on a Sunday to deliver and install. Great sales from Aadil and installation with Hamza, who waited a few extra minutes whilst a loaded a wash to test. I had bought a brand new washer dryer from Ao only 3 weeks ago but the machine was faulty on its very first wash with front leakage and flooding over my new kitchen floor ! Lesson learnt..test whilst engineer is on the premises. Hamza didn't rush.
