Highly recommend the team at London and Essex Kent’s Farm. Taylor, Kris, Georgia and team was absolutely fantastic when our nervous cat unfortunately failed immigration coming into the UK and had to be quarantined for 21 days. They took great care of her and us keeping us informed of progress and were incredibly accommodating and reassuring. It seems a really professional run outfit and the kennels are roomy and clean. 5 stars ⭐️

Good place to put your pets. Staff always friendly and helpful. The cattery could do with being updated with the individual kennels having a make over and maybe putting some stimulating toys for your cat.

I left my small dog there, only 2 months old, he been kept in a warm light when outside was -6°C in a place without doors . When I take my dog back home he felt really depressed, his fur was completely burn from that light plus every time when I gone to see him he was shaking and the stuff told me he's doing that because he's excited, but was all a lie , he shaked from cold!!! I think that place needs an inspection because the way how they keep the dogs is unexpected!! In a winter time with - degree outside u cannot keep an animal in a place without doors!!! Great that u took your money from me and another ppl and u give to our pets the lowest possible conditions!!!

Kents Farm have looked after all of my dogs deceased and present for nearly 20 years - the mastif is due to go back next week!!! The only way we can ever go away with total peace of mind, they have cared for our Rottweilers, Staffy and Mastif like we do ourselves. They pride themselves on being aware of each individual pets quirkyness. I have recommended so many pet owners to them over the years and thank them for the care they have shown and continue to show our dogs. My family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
