Twice in 2 weeks my elderly wife has suddenly collapsed and both times we have had an ambulance in a few minutes. The paramedics and trainees on both calls were so caring and understanding and took us both to the relevant hospitals. This has led to my wife having the best care. Thank you.

The worst company ever! Iv been emailing and calling for over a month trying to get hold to recruitment due to a position i have been offered. All my checks have been passed on Trac website, but no one has been in touch with me to let me know the next steps. I had to travel 40 minutes by transport to waterloo to speak to someone but no one was able to help. I got the job offer in august 2022, now 5 months later still no response? I have no withdrawan my application on becoming a paramedic, which i could have been potentially saving lives. Thanks in regards, il be now applying for private ambulance who seem to know how to deal with new applicants.

You are the most rudest people I ever met in my whole life. Having this kind of profession must require you to be patient and kind. Many of you don't even have that quality. Not even a bit!! Disappointed.

I was so grateful to see our wonderful LAS on Tuesday morning at 6am. If I have the wrong station - please send this around to the crew who took me to KCH. They were so supportive and efficient. Very many thanks indeed. Problem solved and lesson learnt!

A vulnerable person was taken ill in the street and after 6 hours , no ambulance still. They even had the cheek to call him and say they didn’t know how long it would be but not to call them back to find out how much longer . It was quicker to get someone to drive from the east coast of England than wait for something non existent. They are a failing organization and need restructuring.
