The paramedics here are utterly disgusting, no words can be complete to use. They did not turn up to my mums cardiac arrest as "there old sat nav broke" in the words of their PALS complaints department. A £50 M&S voucher offered to me was well, how again words cannot justify. Untasteful, a kick in the teeth, undervaluing a human life of an innocent lady! I hope them staff live with my mums death for the rest of there lives and are victims of the NHS one day also so they feel the pain I go through!
