Dr Orton and his team are the worst clinical team in the history of mankind. Dr Orton has no bedside manner. The entire team think they are entitled and above everyone else. Frankly speaking they are discriminating against patients and I’m a fee paying patient! Do not go to him, no matter how esteemed or established a doctor maybe, his bed side manner and the teams manner of dealing with patients says it all.

Highly recommended Dr. Orton. I needed to find a doctor to continue my therapy from abroad and Dr. Orton and his team were happy to take me on and were very accommodating. He is very willing to listen and has great expertise and experience. I’ve had one negative experience with his secretarial team but there was swift action to make things right. Dr. Orton’s expertise and care made me forget that experience quickly.

Unbelievably poor service. 2 month waiting time and recommendation from one welbeck ended up with very unprofessional customer service for private appointment! Secretary that did not provide either confirmation email or follow up reminder for the appointment. Impossible for contacting the secretary only way was to contact one welbeck that provided email details of the secretary day before appointment! Very rude and not understanding team then wants to charge cancellation fee for appointment they did not even bothered to verify. Avoid

I would definitely recommend Dr David Orton. My experience involved shifting to London with an existing allergy diagnosis and treatment. I contacted numerous allergy centres. However, Dr Orton not only agreed to continue my treatment but also arranged with suppliers to provide the medicines I needed. He has consistently provided good advice and excellent care for the past year. For anyone who fears injections, like myself, Dr Orton is one of the best doctors you can find. He listens, pays attention and responds thoughtfully. He has cared, and continues to care, for my overall health and wellbeing. I cannot fault, in any way, either the outstanding treatment I received from Dr Orton, nor the professional, friendly and capable staff in his office.
