I am really late in writing this review, but that's only because I wanted to make sure I had the time to properly sit down and convey what fantastic service I received from this company. I contacted them by email in the middle of the night in an absolute panic -- some heirloom rugs had become moth-riddled. Sal contacted me before the business opened the next morning and was there the same morning to pick up the rugs. He was sensitive to my budget, understanding, and carried 4 heavy rugs down from a 5th floor apartment. He was so kind, the best to work with, and the rugs came back cleaned and mothproofed and beautiful. They are truly a wonderful family business, and I'll stay loyal to them. On time, professional, efficient and trustworthy pair of technicians did the work on our two carpets that had not been cleaned in a few years. One week before, we had a supposedly ‘Green/Eco’ company come out. They said they could not guarantee that they could be cleaned, at all. We let them try in one room. They left the carpet just as filthy, but now it was soaking wet, as well.These guys got the heavily soiled high traffic areas and every single old stain from pets and spills, COMPLETELY clean. It has now been left to dry for 24 hours and even our oldest carpet, of the two rooms, looks completely clean everywhere and there is no reappearance of the dirt or stains.We are thrilled with the outcome and would not hesitate to call again for my carpet cleaning needs in the future.
