Terrible customer service, as all the other reviewers are saying. For instance, in my first session the doc was an hour late. Then he was on the phone to what he later revealed was his relatives Pakistan while I was lying down waiting for my treatment to commence! I wasted £2500 overall and didn't see any improvement to my pigmentation problems. Emails are never responded to or phone calls answered. Website does not work. A very unprofessional outfit.

Avoid this company. Awful patient care. Resulted in an infected wound which led me to A&E. My story: I contacted LARC about a Lipoma cyst I had on the back of my neck. After liaising with the reception team where I send details along with photos of the area, I arranged an appointment. When turning up for my appointment I was sent into the doctors room where he gave me a 'consultation' in which he repeatedly asked me "Do you want it done now? You are my last customer so you need to hurry and make a decision" - these comments put me under pressure and make me feel very unwelcome as if I were a nuisance for him and the team. When saying "Yes, I would like the procedure" I got sent back into reception where I waited. 10 Minutes later, the receptionist came in and explained that I would not be able to go through with the procedure as the doctor does not have the required tools. This quite clearly being an excuse for him to leave early having known my information for over a month prior to this day. I had to finish work early and travel into London to have this done, putting me back over £100. When arriving for my rescheduled appointment, I had a different doctor in which I had been told had the "best cosmetic outcome" of all the doctors at this practice. From never having a medical or surgical procedure before, I wasn't too sure what to expect, but I was quite confused at the lack of information I was receiving at the time, not fully understanding the process and recovery period. I had a small 2cm wide horizontal incision to remove the cyst which was stitched back up. I was told with in 10 -14 days my neck would be completely healed being left with minimal scaring. I was told to leave the dressing on for the whole two weeks and was given a couple waterproof coverings if i were to shower with in this timeframe. Again, left very confused knowing that dressings needed to be changed more often than this. 2 days later I visited my GP because I noticed blood coming out from the dressing. My GP cleaned and re-dressed it for me and was very concerned I had no discharge letter or follow up appointment with the practice. A week later, I noticed a lot of blood and discharge seeping through the dressing. After calling 111 for advice they told me to go to A&E to be seen immediately. The incision had completely opened and was filled with pus and gunk. Thankfully this was thoroughly cleaned out and there was no internal infection. Again, the doctors confused with the lack of aftercare and information id been given. 3 weeks on my neck is still open and in slow recovery. My boyfriend is cleaning and re-dressing it every night to minimise risk of infection in the area. Due to the poor and unacceptable care I was given from LARC, I have had a long and painful recovery and will now be left with a large scar on my neck. During this time I had made numerous attempts to contact the LARC clinic and have had no response.

I would like to express how great the customer service and overall treatment I received at LARC was, specifically from nurse Tracey and Dr Kasim The customer service was second to none and the Vitamin drip I received, gave me great boost of energy almost immediately. This is one of the best IV drip companies based in Hatley St, London. I will hopefully be visiting again in the near future. Once again thank you especially to Tracey. She's a great nurse, such a lovely soul 😊

Very bad place… I went there for nail fungal infection they told me I need 6 session and after the 6 the nail is worst than before every single session is done by different person and in all this session a never see any doctor whit all the information I need aftercare and everything .. I spent 300 each session… waste in the bin… not advise at all this place…
