    I went there on Thursday to post a parcel and they told me that they don’t accept packages until Tuesday, coz of Bank Holiday 🤯 they are an official drop off point for Yodel, how they can refuse to accept a parcel, when they make profit from yodel, for being their collection point? I go in as a customer, in the time that is convenient for me, to be told “my manager said so” while questioned about his reasons behind the refusal . Absolutely fuming as this is the only Yodel drop off near me! Totally waisted my time driving up. I will also make complaint directly to Yodel. I work full time and can’t be there within the days and hours that they are limiting.

    Brought a milkshake and got home realised it was out of date went back down and looked at all the others on the shelf in total their was 3 out of date, one of them being January 2021 went back in day after and the man was very rude and abrupt after I confronted him about my out of date milkshake

    They advertise as a Collect Plus store but when I took my parcel in they said it was too large, it was a pair of welly boots! No apology. I asked if it was just the time of year or day of the week, the curt reply was that they wouldn't take a box the size of welly boots.
