I came across a very rude asian lady that worked in this petrol station yesterday. I was trying to find the front entrance/car park to 24/7 fitness. She was walking past me/my car at the time. I politely stopped and asked her if she could let me know where the front entrance to 24/7 fitness is, as I parked up at the petrol station. She just looked at me as if I was an alien and rudely walked off. I'm not sure if this was down to a language barrier or that she was just completely inept/ignorant. Either way, I didn't appreciate it and would advise Londis to train their staff properly, so they're fully competent in customer services. This was between 17:00hrs/17:30hrs if the Londis management would like to check the CCTV. I was wearing a black polo and jeans, driving a black renault clio.
