  All the items I have bought so far have been amazing quality. I will be using them again very shortly, on a motorbike trip to Belgium. I have already given a friend a couple of the drybags, and he thought they are brilliant. I had need to phone them, and the help and service I received was top notch.

  I can strongly recommend this place for wetsuit needs for a variety of sizes unfortunately we didn't have my size and stock because it needed re-ordering and they weren't sure about the market size for plus-size wetsuits. However I know they're going to reorder them in a few months and not the demand just absolutely huge to have something that actually fits a female body in a wetsuit which is in a plus size category. The shop itself is quite small but the staff and really helpful and they have enough stock there that you can try things on and see how it fits which is always going to be useful for something like a wetsuit..

  I recently bought a great pair of motorcycle panniers from Lomo and there was a very small issue in that one of the logos was printed upside down. I called the company to let them know. I wasn’t after a refund or replacement because I’m more than happy to have a unique pannier and it will be the right way up when my bike is upside down. Linda and Grant from Lomo instantly offered to refund, or replace my pannier and have since offered a much better (for me) option of recompense. This company is top notch and super helpful. Thank you Linda and thank you Grant, your kit is awesome and so are you.

  Ordered neoprene gloves(2), socks(2) and hat in January 2023 - Now fully tried and tested in cold water swims off Falmouth beach 👍We found them of very high quality with strong seams, water tight around the edges, effective insulation and thin enough to still have dexterity. Was really surprised how low long we could swim without a wetsuit, only above items on. I had already purchased 2 x quality swim floats from Lomo a couple of years back, so felt assured as a return customer. Thank you LOMO.

  Lomo is a great store for watersport accessories. Ive been buying stuff from them for years and in my experience it is always great value for money on high quality products. Ive got loads of dry bags, boxes, general on water accessories and wetsuits. All of which are great. Definate recommemdation

  Visited here today as I’m going on a surfing holiday in Cornwall. The staff were super helpful and informative. I left with nearly everything I needed and the prices were better than the online retailers I looked at before visiting. It was nice to try everything on for size as well as this was my fist wetsuit purchase. Unfortunately they didn’t have any female wetsuits in stock for my flatmate but she still managed to pick up a couple accessories. Definitely recommend!

  ECO Float TPU Swimming Tow Float Dry Bag - Orange. I bought this product some time ago and have been using it to keep my car keys and phone with me when sea swimming. It's been excellent, great value, great environmental credentials, also great service from LOMO Watersport. However the other day... I lost it. I was 15 minutes into my swim, it was a pretty calm pleasant day, with a little bit of swell. I had checked my position at 10 minutes and the float was there, but at 15, when I was turning back to head to land. It was missing. The belt was still attached, but no bag. I swam back to land, not very happy with how my day was turning out. Once back on shore I found out that luck and the tide was on my side today. I could see my bright orange "tug along" gently floating down the coast on the tide. I was able to head down the coast about 300 metres and swim out to where it had settled on some rocks. So very very lucky. When I examined the bag (photo attached) I found that the lanyard had been twisting in the rhythm of the swell and gradually tightened up until it had put enough pressure on the plastic clip to force it open and disconnect the bag from the lanyard. I note that some of the LOMO swim bags have a more robust carabiner in their design. I will be replacing this particular clip with a locking carabiner. It will be a worthwhile upgrade. I really like this bag and want to give it 5 stars, but this could have been a complete disaster which probably deserves 1 star. I'll sit in the middle.... 3 stars, but I recommend looking at the other LOMO designs. No one wants to walk home !!!! UPDATE - SEPTEMBER 2022 I continue to use my “tug along” and it is performing brilliantly. I made two changes. Firstly I fitted a new stainless steel carabiner (it cost about £3), secondly I shortened the lanyard so the float is closer to my body, this has stopped it “spinning” and the lanyard no longer gets twisted even in choppy water. It’s all good… 5 STARS now.
