Lola’s cupcakes are generally too sweet for me. The red velvet is probably the one I like the most, but I really can’t finish one in a sitting because of how sweet it is.

If I can select 0 stars then I will. Saturday afternoon, this is your prime time to acknowledge customers first. Instead the staff member is capable of stock counting, talking to another staff member about stock level, looking at the customer who is standing there waiting to buy something and failing to even say please wait a moment. We know where this is going. I walked away. That's where you lose your customer and lose out on potentially a £25 - £30 transaction as I wanted to buy a full size cake. If those who want staff acknowledgement and a decent take out service, think twice and elsewhere.

Worst cupcakes I have ever tried. Tesco and asda beat these lot hands down and are literally half the price. Will never purchase cupcakes from this brand again. They fell apart and started crumvling, I can make better ones myself at home

Great products but no nice staff . I have asked for a balloon for my nice , I was ready to pay for it if needed and the manager said she cannot gave me as she will send back ( no where ). Who is sending back a helium balloon? Anyway, is not the first time when lola staff is quite rude and doing nothing for customers. Another thing happened in north Greenwich station when I have asked the lady on the till if she can advice for a muffin which is not too sweet for my toddler. She was find this as a joke and starting me irritated. Lola , improve your customer service!

Short summary Atmosphere - in front of Waitrose entrance and in the middle of a busy part of the shopping centre. Staff and management - fun, welcoming and accommodating Kid friendly - yes yes and yes Menu and range selection - large selection to suit everyone’s taste buds. With a few good vegan options too Recommend to friends and family - yes Cleanliness - yes Note - try as many as you can My rating system and meaning - 5 = amazing and out of this world - fully recommend you go out of your way to try this place 4 = really really good and would recommend to friends and family if in the area but something missing if changed could have potential to be a 5 star rating. 3 = ok - average place and nothing to write home about 2 = not to my taste and disappointed - will not be returning to this place anytime soon 1 = I don’t have any words to describe the disappointment in this place and I have not choice but to give it a one because no stars isn’t an option.

I bought the Smores Layer Cake for my brothers birthday and it is absolutely delicious. It is suitable for vegetarians, very tasty, the butter cream was on one of the best ones i tasted so far. Would recommend and next time I'll get the cupcakes :)
