Edit: lokma have deleted their response but tried to say I had reviewed the wrong restaurant as apparently the service charge at theirs is optional yet I was forced to pay it for a big group and told it was not hence lied to by the manager. Hence they con customers and force them to pay the service charge when in fact it's optional. Stay away from these greeding thieves. Found the experience very difficult. Food was okay, already severely overpriced and to top it off, service charge was mandatory when it's supposed to be discretionary in this country. Why are we being forced to pay for tips when the staff should be getting paid enough? Refused to pay for it but was forced to. Maybe pay your staff correctly next time so you don't have to make customers pay extra for it.
