Visited on Saturday 20th May without making an appointment and was very pleased with the service given. Found out I was served by Sam who patiently worked through my pile of jewellery (unwanted and/or broken), assigning the different gold items to their correct carat groups. I was really impressed that payment came through to my bank account before I left the shop. Would definitely recommend this shop.
