    Avoid as you would Rabies, I've had years of problems with Lohen from telling me parts will work on my car (that don't) to very expensive parts failing that have obviously been given fictitious tolerances by Lohen and TTV. Luckily I found someone who took the clutch off me for a price but I then had to have a brand new OEM Mini clutch put in then add the labour and you will realise why I'm keen you don't have the same expense. 10+ return journeys of 80+ miles round trips at my own expense to sort out cr4p they fitted. Strange isn't it? all the people who dealt with me on my first visits to Lohen no longer work there! ... I Wonder why. Whatever goes wrong with stuff fitted by Lohen it will be your fault so be warned. It's been a bad experience dealing with these clowns and their Frontman, lot's of wasted money and time dealing with their lies. I Had an absolutely terrible review to post a couple of years ago but withdrew it them chance to put things right but things went from bad to worse that day has gone. Bear with me I'll provide a 'Dropbox' link to my experiences in at least 12 Pages of a Word Doc (when I get the Timelines spot on). Oh and a couple of vids too. It'll be well worth a read to see why I don't want anyone else to be taken to the cleaners. In the mean time go to some dodgy back street garage and get the work done on your Pride and Joy, you'll get the same customer service, a massive hole in your pocket, but that will be a fraction of the Lohen price.     After a stressful experience at another garage Lohen helped us to resolve what was wrong with the car. There was a mis-communication on some costs however this was instantly rectified. Overall I am pleased with the service I received and the communication, everyone that I spoke to was really helpful and I trusted that the car was in the best of hands. I hope I don't need to return again soon but I do know a trusted placed that I can take the vehicle to should I ever need to.

    If i can give zero stars i absolutely would. The whole experience with lohen has been stressful and deeply expensive. Went in for a remap on 6th of January. Arrived at 8:30am, was told at 4:30pm that my car wasn’t going anywhere due to a “communication error”. In other words they bricked my ECU. Sure they lent me a car to go home in. Saturday i explained my concerns with them through email but they was keen to earn my trust back. I should of never let them continue the work. Tuesday 10th of January the car was ready for collection. I drove home 150miles with a loose inlet pipe. Following day when i found the loose items i sent a video and email but didn’t get a response. So i posted on social media only for a sales person to say someone would be in touch. It never happened. Because i was so concerned with the workmanship of loose pipes i decided the best course of action is to go to another place more local. Alarming things were found. Upon power testing the car they had to abort the first power run due to large knock events occurring. Borescope the piston to reveal that piston 1 has damage due to the detonation. Best course of action was to remove “Lohen’s Manic map” that there manager claims is amazing. On discovery placing the standard map on they noticed the ECU vin stored did NOT match the vehicle vin, also was not coded correctly with it displaying fault codes. ECU had to be recoded and the correct VIN number entered to stop it falling into fault mode. All information got sent to Lohen both to the manager and sales team yet received zero response. Not even a sorry. Customer service is non existent, mechanic’s absolutely clueless. Should of at least give me my money back. If you care about your MINI avoid Lohen. These aren’t the Mini specialists they claim to be.

    Disappointing service. Although parts purchased online were in stock, order had yet to be shipped after 4 days. Tried emails and Facebook with no response, had to call to get an answer. Was told they were waiting for a part from the supplier and it would be shipped the next day. Another 4 days without any updates, called again to be told it had been despatched that day. Got a text from DHL the order had been collected the next day. After order had arrived, one item on the receipt was highlighted as out of stock (why had I waited a week for despatch??) and a completely different part was substituted. Very disappointing for the price and the cost of postage, would hesitate to purchase from again.

    Wrong parts sent although rectified now. The aftersales is poor. Don’t respond to emails or chat. Have used for years and service used to be ok. The past year they have been nothing but poor and every order has had an issue.
