I have previously purchased logs from this Company on 3 occasions and each time I have been delighted with their customer service and the quality of logs supplied. However my most recent delivery of logs from them, on 31st Dec last, albeit with the same high level of service did not provide quite the usual high quality of logs as previous deliveries. Some logs seemed a bit damp but I accept that a combination of a very high demand for logs over the past year + the weather having been very wet over the past 6 months (which has adversely affected the natural drying out period) may have both had an impact. Having spoken with Mark at 'Logs' he was most concerned and kindly offered me some small bags of logs free of charge as an apology! It is reassuring to know they have a genuine interest in their Customers + an effective after-sales service - I will use them again!
