Kasters, had me back and forth from Grays to East London with a Skoda Yeti I bought, loads of problems, eventually they got resolved and I took out a warranty through Logo Motors. 8 months on the air warning light came on , my own garage found that the resistor had been removed. (Dodgy) The five star warranty did NOT cover airbags or many other things that commonly fail like injectors, wiring looms etc etc, basically a waste of money. I came out £450 worst off, TBH I can't even be bothered to phone Kasters as I know he will try a wriggle out of coughing up, Kasters, Phone me if you read this would be nice if you could reimburse me? Avoid Logo Motors, its been a right ball ache from the start.

I bought a BMW 430d from this man 1 year ago. I saw it pop up on auto trader and rang him to ask about the condition, as it was 4 hours away. He kindly held it for me without a deposit for a day. The guy was honest about the condition in response to my questions. I have owned the car nearly 1 year now and have done over 20 000 miles. I went for an inspection at bmw following the purchase and everything passed as I was told it would. The only advice was wheel refurb due to lacquer peel which I was informed about in advance, again showing his honesty. It is a small used car dealership and so it would be unfair to compare the customer experience to large franchises, such as an actual bmw dealerships, where they have the facilities and budget to provide complimentary services. However, prices are far better here for the same reason and with my experience I would use them again !

I Found this dealer and read the reviews, it didn't give me lots of positives but I took a chance as the car looked in good condition. 10 months ago I bought a BMW from Logo Motors and it's a great car. 2 weeks ago I came back to the same dealer with my son for another BMW and he's really happy with it. The owner is also a nice and genuine bloke, all around great experience.
