    Customer service and atmosphere within the restaurant were very good, however, the lamb chops were outdated and rotten it was smiling. We have informed the management and we were awarded 10% discount but I truly believe that the quality of food should be checked before it’s been served to customers.

    Went there on 8th of may around 10@30 for dinner, ambiance was good and very clean. But the service was very poor and staff was very tired or not in a mood to cater customers as the whole restaurant was empty. Apart of my family and 1 other family was there. We asked first to sit in other side but they refused to give us anyway later on food was alright, asked for desert falooda the staff said oh it takes too much time to make u can have next time is it for real and offered to take baklava which we said no. Need improvement in services not feeling like to go again.

    The food here is really nice and I enjoyed it as I give food 4/5. Reason for 2/5 is mainly to service, the guy who was serving us throughout our stay showed no great manner or smile or nice attitude but straight face and that it. We didnt even feel welcoming or anything at all. Usually in restaurant as service you make diner feel warm and comfortable but instead he didn't show any of that but most of time straight face and put food down then leave like as if he has some issue with us or isn't too bothered to serve us. I feel some of your staff need to be trained on how to serve people. In the end to pay he offered if we want to pay the normal total price or extra 10% for service "tip". We family decided to pay extra 10% to show our kind gesture but still the guy didn't show any smile or kindness or anything and just walked away, which we were kind of surprised and felt little bit offended. I won't be returning here again as we family didn't feel welcome by the server but again the food was tasty.
