Having a business with production machines and copiers we always look around for a company who will make sure they are working as if our machines are not working then we are not producing print and will not be around for long! We have been around for 26 years and used the manufacturers own service engineers and would never pull away from them previous to meeting with the guys at logixal. We gave them bought a machine from them 4 years ago and we were blown away by their level of service. NEVER in the time before Logixal have we had preventive maintenance. Logixal engineers are here when the machines are running well, changing parts that are nearly worn and a remote monitoring system which enables them to know the state of the machine as well as they amount of toners, drums and parts we have here and making sure we are never chasing anything. All four of our production presses are with them now and a massive cheer to Colin who runs the service dept and nothing is ever a problem. If you want to use a company where service is in engraved into their ethos then don't look left or right - go straight to Logixal
