Logic Rc really looked after me when I had issues with my new rc cars after they quickly developed problems such as steering servos giving up very early along with a receiver both which must have been faulty (separate cars) but now Robotbirds has taken over with warranty claims I’ve been trying to get two issues solved with waiting over a year and still not sorted! Robotbirds have given me the run around even dismiss that I have even made them aware of the issues! Then emailing me in the early hours of the morning (01:50) to disprove my claim lol what is going on bring back Logic Rc to certain outlets please

Fantastic customer service. Sent tx off to Logic RC as it wasn't powering up (fairly new transmitter) Within a couple of days or so was inform by email what they had done and that it had been posted. Recieved it the following day, well packaged and the radio was working just fine and no costs whatsoever. First class company. Would highly recommend. Many thanks Logic RC.

First time dealing with Logic RC and I’m immensely impressed. My Spektrum NX8 had an argument with a propeller and needed a new screen. The transmitter arrived, was repaired and dispatched back all on the same day. Now that’s a first !

The customer service is second to none. Stuart has a vast knowledge and know how. Absolutely amazing. I dropped the BLX motor unit off at Logic RC as the slipper clutch on my Big Rock was broken. Stuart replaced the slipper clutch, set the gear mesh and posted the part with next day delivery to me. Since then I haven't had any issues anymore. This is the best customer service I have experienced in years. Thanks a lot for the great support. 150/100

It's good to know some companies look after their customers. Had a small problem with my RC car, and after getting in contact with the shop i bought if from, Logic then sent out the bits a few days later. It makes you more loyal to their brands knowing they are going to help if you have any queries in the future. Thankyou!
