Food & drinks: Have been to the raddle many times over the past 20 years and rhe food has been poor. Thought we would give it another chance yester. The roos continued to be poor for the price. My husband had chicken kiev and it was burnt and dry. The meal was made up with tin peas mostly lettuce and undercooked chips. I can honestly say we will never go there again.

staff consisted of youngers and were inexperienced, the pod we ate in was dirty and unstable,we had to ask for clean cutlery (took 20mins to receive)food was burnt precooked and the fish was burnt but soggy wasn’t worth the money! if you are visiting from Alton towers I wouldn’t recommend eating here it was a big let down! But on a good note the views were nice. Nearby activities: Alton towers

Food & drinks: Ingredients seems that was very good quality, but very poor confection. Note 0( zero) for the cook. Saw me on a kitchen nightmare!!! so ask for a mixed grill, and most of the meat was dry like cardboard ,unexpected . Noteworthy details: asking £5 extra charge to use a POD ( for maintenance) , it's unacceptable on my point of view. If you owen it you keep it tied and clean don't ask the customers to pay for that !!??

We had Dinner at the Raddle Inn and were seated in a heated pod in the garden. Was lovely setting for an evening meal, warm and cosy. Food was top notch and staff were attentive. Fast service.

Having eaten there many times I can only say it has gotten worse each time, the staff are only just out of school and haven't a clue how to address adults, let alone what's on the menu, we had to explain what a peach melba was .. tonight we were a party of six and were hoping things had improved...alas no, we waited an hour for our starters to appear and then we only got service because I went to the bar and asked for some one in charge, the excuse was they had gone to another table ...eventually they turned up and were average ,the mains tho were very poor clearly pre cooked dishes hastily reheated, plates stone cold, we could've got better food from Aldi and heated it up ourselves, in short save your money and go elsewhere ....such a shame but we won't waste any more time or money there , maybe Pete should employ a few adults....just a thought...
