We had a loft-ladder fitted yesterday, great service and workmanship, no mess left at all. Nick was very professional and friendly and a very competitive quote. Nick talked us through exactly what he would be doing and after he had finished, he gave us a demo of how to use the ladder. Would highly recommend.

Loft Smart (Nick) completed a job at a neighbours house. Upon leaving he decided to trespass and vandalise on private property. He has not addressed nor apologised or offered any form of compensation for damaged caused. It has now been over three weeks since the complaint and yet no answer; only an email questioning who I was rather than addressing the issue that was raised. He has been unprofessional and I have refrained from leaving a review as I am aware that Loft Smart is a small family business however the lack of response has led me to write this review. When you are booking Loft Smart, especially if you have a private drive and a garden, please ensure he uses the access provided and do not allow him to reverse onto private land and ruin your garden. CCTV recorded with the images of the damages sent to Nick. I am astounded by the disrespect considering there was more than sufficient room to manoeuvre his vehicle upon completion of the work at a neighbours house.

Very speedy response from 1st enquiry to fitting of our loft ladder only 2 days! Very good price for a job very well done. We had our loft hatch enlarged too very neat job, no mess at all.
