Please be careful while dealing with this builder/developer, they would cheat you by telling lies for earning a booking, would not answer your queries post booking, does not provide allotment letter as mandated by regulatory authority of India, would harass and intimidate you. You would have no choice but to cancel the booking and then would not refund you booking amount disregarding law and regulatory authority. They exactly did this to me. These are bunch of unprofessional people.
