I paid for a Mark Provincial collar jewel in February 2018 and on June 27th 2018 I'm still waiting for it (the Provincial meeting was in May). Tried all manner of contact, no reply of any sort from Lodgeroom Store. Shocking customer service, confusing website. I don't trust them and would NEVER waste any more cash with them. Caveat emptor! I gave them 1 star, because you can't leave a no star rating.
