Booked a mobile fitting of a single tyre first thing in the morning (08:03) due to a flat, tyre price was reasonable but mobile fitting charge was excessively more than any others I called subsequently, however sat waiting for fitter and received a telephone call mid afternoon (14:36) telling me they were too busy to attend but could fix it the next day!! Unfortunately I was not available to wait in again all the following day so cancelled the booking. As much as I appreciated the call to let me know they weren’t coming I will Sadly not be using them again

I had a booking to change my tyre and they gave me a booking after 4 days cause the tyre size was not on stock. I have went to my appointment on time and waited around 15 minutes on site, then staff came to me saying the they got an emergency and they had to use the tyre I have been waiting for. They promised to call me during the day cause they ordered some more, but unfortunately they ignored me. Bad service and poor Management.

After they tracked the new tyres, within 2 weeks the tyres were bald on the outter sides. Took to another tracking place and confirmed the tracking (toeing) was completely out. Cowboys outfit.
