Lodge Pond is set inside the heart of Alice Holt’s Forest and is run and managed by Farnham Angling Society. It is an excellent place to go and get a bend in your rods. Brilliant place to take the children where they can learn the skills of fishing. The forest itself has many lovely walks, great parking, Cafe’s and Play Areas. You can also just enjoy having a walk or a picnic at Lodge Pond, and come to feed the ducks, enjoy the wildlife and experience the vibrant diverse range of nature.

My friend who lives locally, invited me down for the weekend and he suggested we fish one of his local waters called lodge pond. We were near the dam and our catch rate for the day was brilliant. We had great fun catching carp off the surface as it was getting dark.
