Buying a second hand car can be risky business and car dealers haven’t always got the best reputation in general. Buying a car without having test driven it? I wouldn’t have dreamed of it a year ago! And yet it happened because I was in a big hurry to get a reliable vehicle to commute to work. Car Lodge Sales was quick to respond, sent a video especially for me prior to the purchase and delivered to my door even though I am very far away from them. The big disappointment came after only a couple of days when it turned out that there was a fault that hadn’t been discovered. After lots of hassle with finding it (it took several garages) and trying out different solutions it got sorted. Warranty firm let me down big time but Car Lodge Sales helped me out and what I had paid to get the repair related to the actual problem was reimbursed. I couldn’t have wished for better service from Car Lodge Sales! Honest car dealer? You’ve just found them!
