Two "no shows" with no explanation or communication! We booked and paid for a pest control appointment - at this time, a minor issue. Though the technician, Ryan, failed to show with no communication. We then booked in again, after 2 weeks of trying to book another appointment, and the technician, Ryan, failed to attend or even answer his phone again. 3 weeks later, we now have a major pest control issue. Not only did we keep half a day free on both occasions, my wife took annual leave! Thoroughly disappointed. I have spent hours on the phone to Rentokil, being passed around to numerous people, and they have still failed to send a technician. We do not recommend Rentokil and have launched a formal complaint.

Dennis (Surveyor), Andy (Technician), and Joanne (telephone agent) was nothing short of amazing. Came out carried out the survey and reassured me it was a small job after being told it was a big job and would cost over £1k. Dennis provided a report and was honest and his experience shown throughout and the price was much less than what others had quoted. The office was great and kept me updated and ensured all my questions were asked. Andy was great, told me everything I needed and ensured my mind was at rest. Glad I chose Rentokil over others who came out. Thank you and I will defo use you again if needed and recommend you.
