All the people that work here seem lovely, helpful and professional. Could do with better management of swimmers during lane swim sessions as you often find people pausing and blocking the end of lanes having a chat. Big downside is cleanliness. Changing rooms can literally be muddy where people wear their outdoor shoes and then the cleaning doesn't rectify quickly enough. This is particularly bad when children are in the pool. Also seen buggies parked in the changing area so dirty wheels in no outdoor show areas. Often big clumps of hair all over the place too. Wokingham doesn't seem to have the same issues so sharing of best practice might be a good idea

The gym has a very decent layout with a lot of equipment and all personal trainers are friendly and there is enough of parking! A good place to spend a few hours:)
