    I turned to Locus Services in a degree of desperation. My brother had died leaving his flat in a truly appalling condition. I was struggling to find someone who could deal with the cleaning and sanitation problem, and I had already found that there are a lot of cowboys in this business. Rob Gorham immediately reassured me, his communication was excellent, and the price very fair given the nature of the job. I held my breath a bit on the day of the job, but I really didn't need to. The finished work far exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and his team again, or to recommend them to anyone else. A big well done and thank you!

    I found myself in the unfortunate position of being left with a flat where a horrendous crime had been committed, and there was blood, medical waste from paramedics, bodily fluids, and furniture and personal belongings that were ruined strewn throughout the place - it was a horrendous scene, blood was even splattered up on the walls and ceilings. I requested a quote from 4 different crime scene cleaners, all claiming they would call back "within 2 hours" 24/7, this was late on a Friday evening. Locus was the only company that actually called me back well within that time (one of the others I am still waiting on!). By the time the others responded with a quote Locus was already scheduled in to clean it. The guys were extremely professional, they even warded off a snooping neighbor who was trying to find out what happened. When I came back into the place it was SPOTLESS, I couldn't believe it! They took away all the hazardous material and you wouldn't have even known a crime was committed there barring the police tape and broken front door. Rob was the guy who called me back and even provided me the quote and the date/time of cleanup over the weekend. His team was great - I highly recommend their services!
