Dishonest, unprofessional, cowboy attitude to their dealings with Locums. They will promise you a job in return for your goodwill in changing or amending your work and personal schedule..then when you eventually realise the job doesn’t even exist or has gone to someone else they were negotiating with behind your back they will then try to blame you for the fact that they couldn’t deliver. They will leave you jobless and out of pocket. Avoid like the plague. They’re liars and crooks.

Never again. We had a placement with them for a dentist (£4k placement fee) with the understanding that if it doesn't work out, they find us a replacement free of charge. This was not a verbal hint - confirmed in writing. It did not work out - they refuse to honour the agreement. "The employee agreeing to it didn't have the authority". No money back, no doing what was agreed and the only reason we consented to the agreement in the first place. To add insult to the injury, they never return your call, never take your call and don't even bother with a reply to your emails. Our legal team is looking into it but it is easier to go elsewhere.
