    Waited for almost 1.5 months for my chair. Selling a chair that is not in stock. No confirmation of the order nor delivery status unless I called. Delivery is delayed. The chair arrived at the wrong address. Absolutely not helpful and I have to reach out to the distributor (Flokk) myself to follow up. Ended up calling almost 10 times and the reply I got when I want to learn more about the delivery arrangement is "I donโ€™t actually know as I am not part of that process"

    Ordered a chair and got no delivery date, when chased they said it would be 4 weeks! 6 weeks have gone by and still no chair and they refuse to refund me. I had surgery and needed it for my recovery. Would advise people use another shop. Service is so bad.

    Had a problem with my office chair, got in contact with customer service they dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently no quibbles new parts sent next day recieved and fixed within three days brilliant cannot recommend this company enough thank you Brian for you hard work

    Absolutely incompetent. I ordered a chair showing as in stock on the website, to be told 3 days later they didn't actually have one and restocking would take a few weeks. I asked for a refund, and several days later ordered an alternative chair at a lesser cost. They refunded the wrong transaction, and also shipped me the wrong chair. The incorrect chair got sorted out in a few days, but I'm still waiting for the difference on refunds 2 months later. All their furniture is generic whitelabel import anyway, so it's all available elsewhere. Avoid this company like the plague.

    It was easy to place my order, it arrived within 3 working days, was easy to assemble, and is exactly as pictured on the website. I work remotely from home and sit in a chair off/on for 8 to 10 hours; and often afterwards I unwind by playing solitaire thus end up sitting in the same chair for another hour or two. It is comfortable and so far so good for sturdiness :^) Long may it last. Ben
