Stay away from this company. I locked myself out today and rang them. An engineer turned up 20 mins later. I asked him to just try and let me into the front door of my building, but not to damage the lock. The engineer had a few dodgy tools and didn’t manage to open the door. I still paid 48£ and he left. Finally one of my neighbours came home, and then we found out the lock had been damaged by the locksmith and now everyone was locked out. In the end, we had to pay for another locksmith to come and replace the entire lock and cut 40 keys for the entire flats of the building. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
