Ordered a custom built shed - I subsequently emailed them to advise my shed base needed extending - they replied via e-mail and said they would come out 2 days before to do a survey and said it wouldn't be a problem - instead they turned up with a couple of hours notice and wanted to leave my shed balanced on my own bricks (which was obviously no good please see attached photo) - shed was dismantled and left for either me to assemble or they would charge me to come back and do it - all because they forgot to come out first as previously agreed and survey so they knew what materials were needed to do the base - really disappointed being a repeat customer, AVOID this company. Not the Lockharts of old. Service: Custom shed design
