Rude unprofessional staff. I've been left with no tablets for 5 days due to doctor rejecting prescription no apology just told is was a mistake. I'm on beta-blockers so heart meds need these to live no duty of care from the staff in the practice. Rude cocky attitude over the phone! Avoid this surgery honestly go to your local vet they would treat you better

1st call - cuts off after initial message 2nd call - cuts off after initial message.. This process can can continue repeatedly... However of you do manage to get through to the queue, this same process can repeat all over again. 1st attempt .. in queue for 10 mins - cuts off 2nd attempt.. in queue for 45 mins - cuts off Etc etc After numerous attempts you may actually get an answer.. in which you have to tell the receptionist exactly what your issue is, sometimes the issue at hand is not exactly something you want anyone else to know except your doctor. But they are extremely pushy and unless you tell them, they will not give you a call back from your doctor. Once you have given all unnecessary information to the reception and finally receive your call back from the doctor, one of a few things may happen. 1. They don't bother calling you back at all. 2. You get a call back, but the call cuts off, they then don't bother to call you back. 3. You actually get a call back, receive all necessary info/appts etc. This third option however is very rare. Chances of getting the first two options are highly likely with this general practice. Absolute waste of time 🙄

Doctors keep rejecting my prescription, i am type 1 diabetic and pregnant, my diabetes doctor from new cross already sent them a message telling them i inject 10x a day so will need needles more frequently and the doctors still keep rejecting them, i called them twice also travelled down there for them to say it will be ready later today at the chemist, so i travelled to the chemist for them not to have sent them, which now means i can inject when i eat my evening meal and my 24hr injection before bed! So i will have high blood sugars because of them! I will make a formal complaint! Useless doctors and dont care about patients
