It's really worth trying if you are a puppy/dog lover as us. Very difficult to book a slot as this yoga is super popular, you need to be lucky. All the dogs are adorable and you can see they are cared for not just there to make money. The instructors always make sure that the pups are handled with care and safety is first. Expect to have a puppy handling and toilet accident training. I can say that it's very little yoga and a lot of cuddles and play time with the little cuties. It's hard to concentrate on the yoga part 😅. That's exactly what we were looking for. Although, believe if you wanted you could totally do more yoga, would you? There was also a mommy dog running around as an addition to all the cuteness. Try and catch her, she likes the chase game 🤗🤗🤗. I can't recommend this experience enough, my whole day was super positive and charged with all these emotions. I really wish I could attend yoga like this every week. If you suffer from depression/anxiety, try this out. Yeah, also the view from the window is quite nice, well you won't notice it once the puppies are around.
