Having used Lock stock for some time on a number of property's for check in and out's its with sadness that I find that they have failed to pay much attention recently. I had to send them back too one property and then in inspecting another it turned out they missed a few things. I rang to query this and was told they would look at it which they did and rang me back. Sadly the word sorry was not used and I was told that I should be going in and checking there work at which point I rather wondered what I was paying them for.
