As a new tenant I have had a fantastic experience with Lock&Key. From the start they have been so welcoming and professional,from viewing to signing documents I was kept updated at each stage. The moving process went smoothly and was handled very professionally. This is my first home and I really felt reassured and looked after, everything was explained thoroughly in a way I could understand which I appreciated as for me it was such a huge step in my life. The house itself was cleaned and fixed up before moving in which also made things easier for me. The owner Dee is friendly and available to contact for any issues which are solved asap,which I also really appreciate. I would highly recommend Lock&Key and their team. Thank you!!

My Buy to let is in Blackburn, but I live 30 miles away. Gave Dee the contract to manage my property as I've no time to chase workmen and do repairs on the property. So left it all in her hands. What can I say. She exceeded my expectations. New boiler, roof and guttering jobs done within a week. Highly recommended Dee for your property management services.

Just started a tenancy agreement with this estate agent. I can honestly say they are really good. If you need any jobs doing there are to support you and ensure they get done. The communication is really good as they back to rapidly. I would recommend anyone who wants to rent a property out with this estate agent to do so as the feel looked after and happy.

She was with us every step of the way going way above and beyond her role keeping us up to date and chasing regularly and £100 of the fee charged goes to the East Lancashire Hospice a fantastic cause
