    Not the best housing association. Key worker property good rent. Needs better customer service and communication towards clients. You can call and email with no response. This also needs to change. Finally got all my repairs done. Thank you to Nicola, Lesley, lola and Selena are amazing. The rest need to learn from them. Ken alisha Jennifer all need a lesson in manners.

    Ask for Luqman Thomas! I have been contacting Localspace from 2016-2023 regarding the terrible mould and damp conditions of my property and after years of back-and-forth I finally got a break through when Luqman was assigned to my case he has been honest along the way showing integrity and respecting myself by not discriminating but including me in decision-making, demonstrating empathy and compassion to my situation. Local space has taken full accountability. I hope that this will provide room for lessons to be learnt and for a more appropriate approach to help in a speedily manner.

    Avoid Kenny and Alisha from local space I viewed a property last week for key workers on Wednesday 8th March 2023 17B Sydney road, forest gate, E7 . I was waiting with my wife and 1 year old child and it was snowing. Kenny arrived and came to the front door of Sidney road. I asked him if he was working for the council and if this address was Sidney road. Kenny refused to tell me if I was in the right location. "When I asked, is this sidney road 17b?" He replied "what do you think" "I said i think it is Sidney road" He then asked me "are you sure?" after some back and forth I then got frustrated and asked if you don't want to confirm who you are its fine. "He then said he was winding me up" The fact he was pranking me as a professional was unbelievable! I then completed a form to express my interest in the property and have not got a reply since. I have called the openspace phone number several times and left messages for Alisha and Kenny who have not got back to me. It is quite difficult to get through as no one usually answers and when I have, the receptionist has forwarded messages on but still did not receive a response. The whole experience with open space seems very suspicious and I sense there is some sort of foul play going on by Kenny behaviour and lack of contact from Alisha.
