Really disappointed with this service. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you are flying the same day. I had to change my test to an express one due to restrictions changing and which was an extra £100, and I was guaranteed I'd have them in 2-5 hours. 7 hours later I'm at the check in desk and still haven't received my results, when I called customer service they were mostly unhelpful, no one could provide any clear information as to why my results were so delayed and didn't even really get an apology. The experience was really stressful and I was told I just needed to wait. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that there was no managers around even though there clearly was. Overall a terrible service that meant I almost missed my flight.
